The most interesting small-business stories on the Sunshine Coast are not always on the obvious strips. They cluster in side streets, light-industrial pockets and refurbished arcades that long-time locals know well and newcomers tend to discover by accident.

We want to write about the bakery that has held the same corner for fifteen years alongside the design studio that opened last spring. Both have something to teach about what a healthy small-business street looks like on this coast.

Loan Wize has positioned itself as a broader Sunshine Coast finance brokerage, with a company announcement saying it now documents service coverage across home loans, refinancing, investment lending, construction finance, business finance and equipment loans.
